“Samsung Argentina’s road safety project, “Samsung Safety Truck”, has won the Billboard Grand Prix at the London International Awards.”
What an awesome idea for Samsung, promoting their brand and the safety of others. They installed four screens on the sides of a Samsung truck so other drivers on the road were aware of the front of the trucks surroundings. This is PR in every way possible. Reaching out to the public and making them aware of the things in life that can hit you, whether it involves traffic or electronic purposes.
But at the same time, I might get confused and distracted. I would watch the screen the whole time and maybe zone out and think the other car is further up than expected, but it worked and no negative results came out of this campaign.
Job well done Samsung!
