This article published in PR Daily was written by Clare Lane and discussed the controversy revolving around Kesha and her record producer, Lukasz Gottwald,. The lawsuit came out in 2014 and detailed the accusations Kesha made against “Dr Luke” claiming he had, “sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused Kesha for years after she signed with his label, Kemosabe Records.” Dr. Luke has denied the charges and now the public is getting involved. People are getting on twitter and creating trending hashtags to stick up for Kesha. Celebrities such as Lady Gaga and Nikki Minaj have even got involved. The attacks are not only going against the record producer but, they are going against boycotting Sony records in all.

These types of accusations truly could ruin Sony Records. I feel as though Sony Records should try and rescue their company when it comes to this controversy. The public has shown so much support for Kesha and in addition they are slandering the company as a whole. This is very much a PR crisis for the company.  I am very interested in how Sony will try and come back from this situation. I am also interested in what will become for Kesha and if she will get the justice she deserves. This article did not release a specific comment coming directly from Kesha, so I am curious when she will publicly speak about this matter.
